What are my responsibilities if I sell my home “Subject to” or by “Owner Finance”?
Title of the property will be transferred out of your name at close of escrow, and at this point you are no longer liable for the property. You can simply make your next move, and collect your monthly payments if applicable.
What if something comes up down the road?
There are multiple contingencies and clauses in place within each contract to protect both buyer and seller in the event of any unforeseen circumstances. Remember, these practices are legal, and currently being exercised throughout the US
Do you work with real estate agents?
Absolutely! Although most of our clients choose to sell their home off market to avoid real estate commissions and fees we can still help if you have your home listed with an agent.
